Dr. Javier Rodriguez, is the co-owner and medical director of Avionce Aesthetics. As a board certified physician, he is fully trained in medical aesthetics and highly knowledgeable. He earned Suma Cum Laude degree in biochemistry and molecular biology at the University of Nevada Reno and Medical Degree at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 2016. Outside of Avionce he enjoys traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Saressa Bales, is the co-owner and CEO of Avionce Aesthetics. She is a local Nevadan that graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a degree in Health Sciences specializing in Public Health. Additionally, she holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with family and finds major interest into anything related to self-care.
