Dr. Javier Rodriguez serves as co-owner and medical director of Avionce Aesthetics. A board physician with comprehensive training in aesthetics, he brings extensive expertise to the field. He graduated Suma Cum Laude with a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from University of Nevada Reno and obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 2016. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending quality moments with family and friends.

Saressa Bales, mBA-hm

Saressa Bales, is the co-owner and CEO of Avionce Aesthetics. She is a local Nevadan that graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a degree in Health Sciences specializing in Public Health. Additionally, she holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with family and finds major interest into anything related to self-care.

I’m passionate about helping clients feel their best by enhancing their natural beauty. With experience as both an esthetician and medical assistant, I love seeing people leave feeling confident and happy in their own skin.

Outside of work, I’m all about spending time with my family, friends, and boyfriend, trying new activities, and exploring delicious food spots. If there's dancing involved, count me in!
