Your business is very important to us and appointments are scheduled in advance just for you!
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Scheduling & Deposits:
You business is very important to us at Avionce Aesthetics. Appointment are reserved in advanced for you. We understand that there may be times where your appointment may need to be rescheduled. However, we ask for the following:
*In the event that you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are canceled/rescheduled without 24 hour notice, will be subject to a $50-$100 fee depending on appointment type.
*In the event that you no call/no show your appointment, you will be charged a $100 fee and will need to place an additional $50 deposit if you plan to schedule again in the future.
* Our practice has a 3 no-show policy. After three no-shows, we are no longer able to schedule future appointments.
*Deposits are NOT refundable and will be held for 6 months post payment. After 6 months, the deposit will not be able to be used
Late Policy:
*If you are running late to your appointment, please let us know so we can plan accordingly. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. In doing so, you are not able to receive your deposit back and will need to place an additional $50 deposit for future appointments.
Guests:
*Due to safety and liability issues, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any children to your appointments. We understand that things happen and there may be situations where childcare is a issue. However, please communicate this to your injector so we can plan accordingly.

Card payments are subjects to a 3% tax fee.
